My first Android application is a Live Wallpaper with varying amounts of circles bouncing and repelling from each other. The circles respond to the accelerometer of the phone and the touch of the user. The settings allow the user to change the color scheme, the size of the circles, the number of circles and the trail amount. The user may also add a clockwise force, counter-clockwise force or force to the center of the screen.

Read more about how to get the app and view the color options.
How do I get it? Access the Android market on your phone and search for Repulsion as the key phrase.
Or use this QR code (clickable if you are on an Android phone).

Cool, I installed it .. I’ve not seen the accelerometer used in an app before. I guess you need to use the native SDK to access the accelerometer ? Ie.. this is not an AIR for Android app, I take it?

This is a native Android app, so there is access to just about everything. I can’t wait to get some AIR apps on the Android. 🙂

nice work mang, i dont see it up on the market still…you take it down?

I checked today and it is still up. Some people on the droid are having problems finding it for some reason. If visiting this page from your Android phone, try clicking on the QR code to find it in the market. If not, I can send you the .apk if you want.

@Taprik Have you tried clicking on the QR code on your android phone or scanning the QR code with a reader on your phone should take you there.

Yes, unfortunatly. When I visit your website with my phone clicking on the qr code does get anywhere. I got a warning with “the destination could not be found” (or something close to it). When I use my flash code reader on the phone it’s the same.
